Revaluation Form

NOTE:

RE-EVALUATION IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR THE SENATE EXAMINED PAPER
Each answer script will be Re-evaluated by the examiner. The Final examination marks or Re-evaluation marks, whichever is highest, shall be retained as final marks
Re-evaluation will be done as per the rules framed by the Senate of Serampore College (University) from time to time and the result will be communicated to the candidate through the College. No interim communication to this effect will be entertained by the university.
Re-evaluation is permissible by this university for all courses [except Thesis and Project].
All entries in the Re-evaluation Form should be correct in all respects. The Senate office will not be responsible for the delay/cancellation of the form, if the form is not complete or not be accompanied by full fees. No change in the entries once made by the candidate shall be allowed after submitting Online Re-evaluation Form. Any subject shall not be accepted as a plea for wrong entry in the application form.
The result of Re-evaluation whether favourable or unfavourable, shall be binding on the candidate who applied for Re-evaluation. No evaluation shall be allowed after the award of Final Re-evaluation marks.
HOW TO APPLY FOR REVELALTION:
- Re-evaluation shall be applied through on-line Form available in the Senate Web site with fees to the Senate office.
- One copy of the Revaluation Form Colleges has to submit on behalf of their internal students by email only i.e., senoffice1@gmail.com (see the circular Cir/Re-eva iuation / 126/ 6-Feb-2024) to the senate office.
- All Entrance/Qualifying examinations candidates shall fill up the Online Re-evaluation Form available in the Senate Website; and one copy also submitted to the senoffice1@gmail.com to the senate office.
- Do not send the printed copy of the Re-evaluation Form to the Senate office
- All External [Direct and through the College] shall fill up the Online Re-evaluation Form available in the Senate Website; take a print out and send the hard copy of the same along with the requisite fees to the Dean, SCEPTRE, Shrachi Centre, 74B, A.J.C. Bose Road, Kolkata-700016, West Bengal for endorsement
- The SCEPTRE office shall send all the Re-evaluation Forms along with fees of external students to the Registrar, Senate office for Re-evaluation.
Mode of Payment for Re-evaluation Fees:
- The Re-evaluation fee for each Senate examined paper is Rs.500/-.
- Bank Demand Draft must be drawn in favour of “The Registrar, Senate of Serampore College”. Drawee Branch of the Demand Draft should be Kolkata.
- Send the online fee transfer details (Screen shot or PDF copy etc.) after making payment to finsenate@gmail.com

No refund of fee shall be admissible after the deposit for Re-evaluation.
Late procurement of form shall not be entertained as a plea for its late submission in any case.
A candidate will not be entitled to apply for Re-evaluation after the expiry of the last date mentioned below if his/her result has not been delayed on account of his/her own fault.
Only one online application form should be used for one or more Senate examined subjects/papers.
Any kind of Screenshot of the Re-evaluation Form, Old Re-evaluation Form or any other form/s of application for Re-evaluation will not be accepted by the university.
The Online Re-evaluation Form shall be available in the Senate Website from April 06, 2024 onwards and the last date for online submission is April 12, 2024. In no other circumstances the Re-evaluation Forms (soft copy) will be accepted after the last date.
Printed copy of the Re-evaluation Form will not be accepted by the Senate of Serampore College [University].
